5 MHz to 26 GHz Signal Source Analyzer APPH20G

The APPH20G is a fully contained signal source analyzer (SSA) from 5 MHz to 26 GHz. It supports absolute and residual phase noise (from 0.01 Hz to 50 MHz offset) as well as transient and baseband FFT analysis. It also supports spectrum and phase monitoring and provides fast sweeping automated test modes for VCO characterization or high volume phase noise testing.
