5 MHz to 40 GHz Signal Source Analyzer APPH40G

The APPH40G is a fully contained signal source analyzer (SSA) from 5 MHz to 40 GHz. It supports absolute and residual phase noise (from 0.01 Hz to 100 MHz offsets) as well as amplitude noise measurements, and transient and baseband FFT analysis. It also supports spectrum and phase monitoring and provides fast sweeping automated test modes for VCO characterization or high volume phase/amplitude noise testing.
